Summary: The house was adorable! Even cuter in person than online. And when a storm caused some issues with the HVAC system, the owner was quick to respond and get someone out to the house ASAP to fix the issue. He had great communication and was extremely helpful! Would definitely stay here again! PERFECT location for the High Water Music Festival!

Summary: I gave 4 starts to the accuracy of the online listing. Everything was pretty accurate but when you see the house in person, you will realize the pics in the listing doesn't do this house justice. The place is very cozy and quaint. The decor is perfect for the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and you will feel safe. Thanks again for The comfortable stay.

Summary: The house was beautiful and the location perfect for our needs. The park circle area was phenomenal too and my daughter could have played at that huge new park our entire stay. But it was also a short drive to Folly beach and dt Charleston. Communication with David was always fast and easy. Hope we have a chance to stay again in the future!
